Crabclaw Cottage, is a terraced, former fishermans cottage 40 feet from the waters edge.

Refurbished to the highest standard and situated in the heart of Teignmouth, the accomodation has two double bedrooms. One has a super kingsize bed, balcony & estuary views, the second has a triple bunk bed(double on the bottom, single on the top)

There are flat screen TV's with digital channels in both bedrooms

An open plan living/dining/ kitchen area has flat screen television DVD and Sky.

The kitchen has a large American style fridge freezer with ice machine and filtered chilled water, dishwasher,gas hob, electric oven, waste disposal unit and washing machine.

The Shower room is modern, equiped with shower,wc and vanity unit.

With Gas Central Heating, halogen lighting and a pale colour scheme throughout Crabclaw Cottage is cosy, light, and airy, finished with quality modern furniture.
