Crabclaw Cottage can be reached by road or Rail, a 5 Minute walk from Teignmouth station with its links to Exeter,and on the main London -Penzance Line travel to Teignmouth by train or by road; 12 miles from the M5 makes Teignmouth easily accessable.

Parking is available in the council car park, (£2.80 per day)100 yards away or for free in the adjacent Strand, Forresters Terrace is accessable for loading and unloading only.

The High Street with its varied shops, cafes and restaurants is just a 2 minute walk away, the river beach can be reached at the end of the

lane just 50 feet away. The promenade beach and pier are just a couple of minutes walk.

The Foot ferry to nearby Shaldon leaves from the river beach just yards from the front door.
